We live in a 24/7, fast-paced rat race and it’s not working. Many people are struggling with the stresses and pressure of modern life, and they know intuitively there must be a better way. In The StressLess Revolution, author Karina Joy Stephens, award-winning entrepreneur, author, and transformational speaker, shares her story of being burnt out, stressed out, and maxed out, before she “checked out,” surviving but not thriving. She narrates how chronic stress robs us of our personal power, how fatigue enervates our life force, and how struggle depletes us. Stephens showcases the strategies to live a less stressful life. In The StressLess Revolution, she discusses how to: • create a stress defense shield so stress can never have the same effect again; • discover how easy it is to make stress your new best friend; • step into the stress-less kitchen and learn how to eat intuitively and magnify your life force; • to shed weight permanently by doing less; • slow down physically, ramp up energetically, and achieve more; • remove the physical and energetic blocks to affluence, ease, and joy; and • receive guided visualizations, meditations, energy medicine, and healing techniques designed to break through stress, struggle, and fatigue forever. The StressLess Revolution teaches that you don’t have to struggle to know affluence and joy. Stephens tells how to let go of the struggle, stress, and burnout and begin to live a life of ease and abundance.

Negative Revolution

Linguistically, this tendency to dismiss negation shows itself in the enclitic, stressless mode of its usage that was discussed by Jespersen.

This thought-provoking work analyzes concrete political events and reinterprets key concepts in modern political science. Building on the works of Kant, Badiou, Adorno, Hegel, and more, it posits that the dynamics of revolution can be encapsulated in the concept of negation, since a revolution essentially negates "what is" by rejecting the power in place. The work argues that revolution is the true ground of Western democracy and that the proof of a true democracy is the activity of protest movements. It discusses how modern philosophy conceives political truth as revolutionary or eventful, and that one aspect of revolution is negativity, which fluctuates between inertia and melancholia. It examines the problem of revolution in the context of modern philosophy, providing a diagnosis of the historical developments since the fall of the Soviet Union to the Arab Spring, setting forth an original theory of revolution while shedding light on the notion of negativity in contemporary thought. This innovative work will appeal to anyone interested in political theory and political philosophy.

In his original CyberUnion, the author presented a bold plan for unions to develop a more significant role in the 21st century by adopting four strategic aids - futuristics, innovations, services, and traditions (F-I-S-T) - knit together by cutting-edge Info Tech resources. CyberUnions in Action expands on the F-I-S-T model and looks at gains and setbacks in pioneering efforts to create "CyberUnions". It highlights relevant websites, and features interviews with key CyberUnion advocates (and some critics). Shostak reviews overseas union efforts for transferable lessons, and pays special attention to the AFL-CIO campaign to ensure Labor's advances in the use of computer networks, the Internet, wireless devices, and more.

Having learned Mandarin, and travelling alone by foot, bicycle and train, Colin Thubron set off on a 10,000 mile journey from Beijing to the borders of Burma. He travelled through the wind-swept wastes of the Gobi desert and finished at the far end of the Great Wall. What Thubron reveals is an astonishing diversity, a land whose still unmeasured resources strain to meet an awesome demand, and an ancient people still reeling from the devastation of the Cultural Revolution.

Studio environments can be defined as multi-dimensional integrated production spaces where basic design trainings take place and where design issues including theoretical notions such as sociological, political, phenomenological, and other dimensions are discussed. Present approaches within the literature and social media on this topic gives cause for students to evaluate their future professions over finished and pictorial products rather than ontological and processual means. While there are many resources available on the present approaches of aesthetics and visuality of interior spaces, there is not much research available on new design methodologies, related design processes, and new applied methods in interior arcitecture. Based on different contexts, these methods of design practice have the potential to enrich design processes and create multiple discussion platforms within project studios as well as other design media. These different representations and narration methods for research in the context of interior architecture can be effectively used in design processes. The Handbook of Research on Methodologies for Design and Production Practices in Interior Architecture proposes new design methodologies and related design processes and introduces new applied method approaches while presenting alternative methods that have been used within design studios in the field of interior architecture. The chapters deal with four major sections: the design process and interdiciplinary approaches; then scenario development and content; followed by material, texture, and atmosphere; and concluding with new approaches to design. While highlighting topics such as spatial perception, design strategies, architectural atmosphere, and design-thinking, this book is of interest to architects, interior designers, practitioners, stakeholders, researchers, academicians, and students looking for advanced research on the new design metholodologies and processes for interior architecture.

Jeffersonian Economic Architecture in the Digital Age By: Robert S. Ellinger Ph.D Jeffersonian Economic Architecture in the Digital Age is a book focused on how to synergically adapt to the catastrophic change in culture that humanity is currently undergoing. This is due to seismic change in technology at the dawn of the Digital Age. The author Robert S. Ellinger Ph.D. has created an architectural model using concepts from a variety of academic disciplines including spatial economics, history, systems engineering, information technology, enterprise architecture, and political science. He uses this model to demonstrate how humanity adapted to technology change in the past. He then transforms this model for the future Digital Age. And he does this while keeping Jefferson’s and other founding father’s concept of equal opportunity for all as envisioned in the US Declaration of Independence and Preamble of the US Constitution.

As a typical interface phenomenon, clitics have become increasingly important in linguistic theory during the last decade. The present book contributes to the recent discussion and first provides a comprehensive overview of clitic sequencing, clitic placement and clitic doubling in the major Romance languages. In addition, new data from a northern Italian dialect are introduced. The author then gives a critical summary of the current morphological analyses of clitic phenomena. She also discusses recent Optimality-theoretical analyses of clitic combinations and clitic placement and shows how these analyses can be improved upon when we also consider a morphological treatment of clitics. This book provides innovative solutions to clitic phenomena within the framework of a constraint-based morphological theory and will be of interest not only to morphologists, syntacticians and those working on the grammar of Romance languages, but also to linguists who are interested in the organisation of the grammar and the lexicon.
